Feature Update: Virtual Staging Art v2.0
We're excited to announce the launch of Virtual Staging Art v2.0 — a major update to our platform with new AI models, new features, and an improved interface.
When is the update?
The update is scheduled for Thursday, April 16th between 20:00 and 21:00 JST.
During this maintenance window, the service will be temporarily unavailable. We'll send you an email when the update is complete.
What's New
1. New Virtual Staging AI Model
We're introducing a new "Premium" AI model alongside our existing "Classic" model. The Premium model produces higher-quality staging results with more realistic furniture placement and lighting.
New room types: Bathrooms, entrances, and living / dining / kitchen (LDK) open-plan rooms are now supported.
New styles: Minimalist, Mid-century modern, Japandi, Bohemian, and Traditional join the existing style library.
Address-aware rendering: The Premium model can take the property address into account to select contextually appropriate furniture and decor.
Pricing: 1 credit per upload. Premium model yields 8 renders per photo, Classic model yields 20 renders per photo.
2. House Rendering AI
Generate photorealistic house renderings on empty plots of land — or over existing buildings. Choose from 16 house styles including Modern, Contemporary, Brutalist, Japanese, Mediterranean, and more.
Pricing: 3 credits per upload, up to 10 renderings per photo.
3. AI Photo Editor
Make adjustments to your staged or rendered photos with our new AI photo editor. Add or remove furniture, adjust lighting, correct perspective distortion, modify wall colors, and more.
Pricing: 1 credit per photo, 8 renders included. When used directly after staging, the AI Photo Editor is included at no additional credit cost.
4. Team Management & Sub Accounts
You can now create sub-accounts for your team members. Each team member gets their own login, and you as the administrator can manage credit allocation across all accounts.
Company Updates
We've relocated our operations from the US to Japan. Our new entity is SUMAAI Inc., and our new CEO is Eran Galperin.
This move allows us to better serve our growing customer base in Asia and provide faster support during business hours in the JST timezone.

Where are my projects?
Your projects are under "Projects" in the sidebar. Your folder names became project names, so everything should look familiar.
Where are my credits?
Check "Billing" in the sidebar. Both your purchased credits and subscription credits are displayed there.
Will I need to log in again?
Yes. After the maintenance, you'll need to log in with the same email and password. If you used Google login, click "Continue with Google".
Is my subscription still active?
Yes. Your Stripe subscription was not changed during the migration. Go to "Billing" in the sidebar to verify your plan status.
How long will the downtime last?
The maintenance window is scheduled for April 16th, 2026 between 20:00 and 21:00 JST (approximately 1 hour).
Can I access the old interface?
Yes, visit legacy.virtualstaging.art (read-only) for 30 days after the update. You can view and download your images but cannot create new renders.
